libntru 0.2

Version 0.2 of libntru was released Mar 30, 2014.

Changes since 0.1:

  • supports all EES parameter sets
  • supports deterministic encryption and key generation
  • works on Windows now (MinGW)
  • no longer depends on OpenSSL
  • several bugs fixed
  • performance improvements
